DofE Silver and Bronze Expeditions
A Morning Star Trust voyage is a great way to enjoy your Duke of Edinburgh award scheme. Bronze voyages are available by request. We offer Silver Expeditions on our programme and will add extra expeditions if there is sufficient demand. For example in 2023 a Scouting Region helped us to fill a Silver Expedition and it was so popular we opened up a second Silver Expedition so as not to disappoint others who wanted to come. We had superb feedback from both expeditions.
Our Duke of Edinburgh Silver Expeditions are 8 day voyages and we charge £960. If that cost is too much then we don’t want it to be an obstacle to you booking with us so please talk to us about the possibility of a bursary. Our priority is to get you sailing.
Our DofE Silver Expeditions start and finish at our base in Northney Marina, PO11 0NH (click here for joining instructions for all our voyages). We are a not for profit organisation so there are no hidden extras with the exception of an RYA Logbook £8.00 which is necessary if you want to develop further in offshore sailing.
